A huge thankyou to Mike Lloyd for his 10 year service as a Board Member of Achilles International New Zealand. What an astonishing contribution to our organisation, you've made an incredible impact for so many people.
Mike doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon, a truly inspirational athlete and great friend. He promises not to be going far and will keep updated and involved where he can, but with no board responsibilities.
Sabine Parry - Incoming

We are delighted to welcome Sabine Parry to the board and excited to add her passion and relentless energy to the team.
A member of our Christchurch chapter, Sabine strengthens our organisation with a formidable mix of experience and capability. Her knowledge and skill as a business owner, strategist and specialist in organisational communication bolsters the potential of Achilles.
Our governance capability is also further strengthened with this appointment as Sabine is a Chartered Membership of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and was awarded the IoD 'First Steps in Governance' in 2022.

Ester Nicolay
Thankyou to Ester as she is stepping down from the role of Chair.
Ester has been a driving force behind the organisation and has been instrumental in setting up Achilles for future success from a solid base. It’s fantastic that Ester will remain on the board so we retain her passion, enthusiasm and comprehensive professional skills.
Ester is picking up the lead for our Sustainability strategic pillar which will be critical to our future success as we evolve our finances and revenue operations.
Chris Randle - New Chair
Chris Randle
A board member since May 2022, Chris has recently stepped into the Chair role.
Chris is CEO of Blerter, an event delivery platform for integrated communications, operations and safety. He also supports a multitude of events with his event consultancy RNDLX, providing strategic and operational capability across a diverse portfolio.
Chris is an expert in organisation and event development, a board member of the New Zealand Event Association and a member of the Mass Participation World global council.
